Webconferencing done right
What do you like best? Zoom is very easy to use and I have had no connectivity issues with the product. I love the low bandwidth mode on my phone since it allows me to listen in and interact in meetings while on the go. What do you dislike? I dislike the initial learning curve to getting meetings set just right. Good for video conferencing!
What do you like best? I like that you can have multiple people sign in from anywhere at anytime. It’s easy to connect with and you have the option to mute, not use video, and chat within the call. What do you dislike? The web based app v. stand alone don’t always works seamlessly together. But nothing other than that. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great for meetings, virtual presentations, webinars, etc.
What do you like best? It’s easy to use and set up. Not too expensive. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. I have no complaints with my current plan. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to host mentoring meetings as well as webinars.

Zoom is great for conference calls!
What do you like best? Love that we can record our conversations, share screens, and live chat notes as we talk. We are able to get great training from professionals around the country. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to get multiple screens shared at the same time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consulting and training for new programs our team is implementing.

Very great for online meeting
What do you like best? It is free and user-friendly to use Zoom for meetings. It can have more than 10 people to meet at the same time. You can zoom in even with a phone call. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We are able to record and chat being part of a distance eduction program. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how you are able to effortlessly share your screen and choose which screen you want to share if you have dual monitors What do you dislike? Not much. easy to use and you don't have to disconnect your monitors before sharing screens.
