Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Fantastic Zoom..The Best So Far

What do you like best? Clear and stable with no interruption. I could see the other participants clearly too while they talk. I could identify who is actually speaking. That's great. What do you dislike? There is nothing in particular that I dislike at the moment. Everything seem perfect. Recommendations to others considering the product My first time using ZOOM, but one of the best so far that I have tired. Keep it up! What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use

What do you like best? It is really easy to use and easy to invite people. Because of it so simple, I do not have any issue with people who join the meeting. They do not have to create an account; invited people can just click the given link to join. What do you dislike? I don't have really dislike any features. Just some things are confusing to use such as separate group discussion. I wonder there are any features that I can able to let other people control the meeting without giving ...

High-quality messaging and video

What do you like best? I like how well this system integrates with our current Microsoft setup. We love the ability to easily send video links to clients and to easily walk into a meeting room where it recognizes our participants and meeting name and allows us to easily turn on/mute audio and visual. What do you dislike? Can be a little clunky in regards to our meeting rooms acting as partipants in meetings rather than serving as the location of the meeting itself. Recommendations to ...

New to Zoom

What do you like best? Previously used Webex. What I like best about Zoom is the real time links you can pull, and email or message someone, to join a meeting. Also integrates well with Gmail. What do you dislike? Although there are trainings you can take, I felt the usage was totally different from webex, so there is a learning curve. I think sometimes have pop up issue, or clicking log in to zoom meetings can make it confusing. Also, the share option is not as integrated as webex ...

Mostly Reliable

What do you like best? It's a fairly reliable video conferencing platform that is really amazing for our staff meetings with 50+ people. Also really have enjoyed being able to present with large groups digitally and not worrying about connection. What do you dislike? It's been a pain point for some to be the host of a meeting and not readily being able to access the host code to make someone else a host of the presentation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Zoom has changed conferencing!

What do you like best? It's super easy and reliable and I love having the personalized connection of seeing all participants. What do you dislike? The face shots are small - can change view but then it filters out many of the participants. Recommendations to others considering the product Zoom is by far the best conferencing tool out there and a great value. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consultants and employees working ...
