Great quality, easy to use video conferencing
What do you like best? Zoom is simple to set up and feels easy to use. I have used it in several situations both as a meeting organiser and as an attendee. I have been on sessions where we have had a large number of users and so far I have never had any problems. I would recommend this for both personal and business use. What do you dislike? Great APP , made life easier!!!
What do you like best? i love zoom , i able to meet with people all over the world. I used to struggle and couldnt find a help that would meet my requirments. I just love ZOOM. Wanted to use Google meets but Zoom is way more user friendly. What do you dislike? the limited time , i cant meet for more than 45 miuntes. Zoom does something offer me extra time. Reliable video conferencing
What do you like best? Very good connection, like the shared screen feature, easy to use for large groups What do you dislike? Sometimes hard to connect with legacy systems. Better than the rest - especially for conference calls with 5+ people
What do you like best? Zoom has reliable quality, which sounds like a given, but it isn't. What do you dislike? I wish Zoom Rooms was available for small businesses with a single conference room. Right now it's only targeting large businesses. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connecting with colleagues in remote offices, customers abroad. It helps to have them use a reliable, familiar conferencing service.

What do you like best? Screen sharing can make group projects incredibly efficient. It’s great to be able to edit something together and all see the same thing, as though you were actually in the same room What do you dislike? Strong learning curve but great product
What do you like best? Zoom is much cheaper than other options and it allows face to face meetings What do you dislike? It is confusing to get started with, and hard to walk others joining the call how to download, etc if they are not previously familiar Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure all staff is on board What business problems are you solving with the product? Zealous for Zoom
What do you like best? WOW! I'm so impressed my this software even the free "zoom' that I have never fails to ensure I get a message, call, or notification reminding, assigning, and notifying me off my teams updates, to do list, and current events.
