Easy to use.

What do you like best? Integrated with google calendar and gong.io and super easy to use. easy to set up, reallly good support. What do you dislike? No complaints currently. but to hit the minimum when zoom goes down its tough to work because we use it so much. its only happened once. easier to use than bluejeans What business problems are you solving with the product? Great Video Conferencing Platform

What do you like best? I've used zoom many times before. It is a great video conferencing platform, especially with multiple people on the call. The platform is easy to use and the UI looks great. Audio/Video connection is amazing! What do you dislike? I'm not sure what it was, but sometimes the Zoom Call would randomly kick me out and really glitch up.. Other platforms never did this. What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and to connect with my clients. It keeps us connected, on top of things without lost time in travel. What do you like best? I love that tom allows you to screen share, as well as other group collaboration items like group messaging and keyboard and mouse control. This gives them a one-up over Skype in my opinion, (if I'm correct they do not have these features, or at least they are not as user friendly. What do you dislike? Good first experience

What do you like best? I liked seeing the video feed of all participants. It made it very easy to feel a part of the class and be able to interact. The slides worked fine and overall worked well. What do you dislike? The only bad thing was that we got cut off before we had finished questions and discussion. What business problems are you solving with the product?
