Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Connecting with Colleagues made easier
What do you like best? I can connect with multiple people around the county very easily. We can share screens and even get our own lines. In my work, we are a virtual team and zoom has brought us so much closer. What do you dislike? There is not much to say about what I dislike. Only people with accounts can record the conversation so that can be difficult at times. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows for us to come ...

easy does it
What do you like best? The fact that Zoom is moderately prised is what brought me over to the service in the first place. But it was the simplicity and flow of Zoom that makes it a winner in my eyes. I know that most people will be able to conference on-line with Zoom, even if it's the first time they are using a web conferencing service. I know I can trust Zoom to deliver a stable connection bundled with a positive user experience. What do you dislike? That I don't have room for more ...

My absolute favorite
What do you like best? No nonsense. It allows me to have a video chat session with others with minimal downloads and other hiccups along the way. Skype and Google hangout have been difficult at times. Seems to confuse people What do you dislike? Sound quality at times wasnt the best, I realize internet connection plays a role but even with a wired connection at times it seems to be choppy! After reviewing the pricing and plans the prices could be a little better but still a great ...

Great video conferencing tool
What do you like best? Easy and simple to use for webinars, meetings and quick chats. What do you dislike? Hard to learn the tricks to smoothly use the platform. The top bar cannot shrink when not hovering over it, so makes it an awkward position as I can't point to whatever under it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Holding meetings, webinars and quick chats internally and externally.

Call quality is a bit rough when talking to colleagues in another country but that could be a connectivity issue What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems thus far! The benefits are that we get to carry out meetings as if our entire team were in the office.

Great way to have "staff meetings" when your staff is across the country
What do you like best? My travel team uses Zoom to host town hall/staff meetings. It's nice to be able to see each other as we talk, and we can record the meeting for those who cannot attend. What do you dislike? It's not entirely intuitive how to use this product, it took some trial and error, but we're getting there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom allows teammates across the country to have face to face conversations ...
