However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Simple video conference capability
What do you like best? No need to download software to launch system. Easy to use for people at all levels of experience and comfort with technology. I rarely hear issues from meeting attendees who are unable to get something to work (which is fairly common for many video conference systems. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike about Zoom, outside of the cost to use for longer meetings. In the beginning, before I upgraded, it would randomly cut off my meetings when they ...

Generally very strong, but missing a few capabilities
What do you like best? It’s very easy and intuitive to set up meetings both over the phone and video. Sending invites is simple and logging into the meeting rooms to share materials is pretty hassle free. What do you dislike? There are a few capabilities missing. Among them is a notification or beep when a person enters a meeting. This makes it hard to tell when someone has joined a conference call. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

All about zoom
What do you like best? Its a good tool to use for meeting. My main office is in Portland Oregon but I live in Salem Oregon so if i dont want to or really need to go to Portland I dont. This is an hour drive there and back if traffic is okay. I am very happy with all that this zoom product does. What do you dislike? It is a little more then I would like to pay for it. But it is worth it in the end. I would say to make it cheaper because damn I pay a lot of money towards bills and I am ...

Awesome option when you cannot meet in person
What do you like best? My current company heavily relies on Zoom. In my previous company, we used WebEx, and I think compared to WebEx, Zoom was easy to use. It has a very intuitive user interface which makes it very easy to start using. Also, it is ubiquitous, one can use a cell phone, a tablet or a desktop PC application to connect to a Zoom meeting. What do you dislike? The process of creating a new group call is what I dislike about Zoom. Every user has a URL associated with his ...

Convenient Way to Meet
What do you like best? I really enjoy the glitch-free experience that makes it easy to join meetings remotely. What do you dislike? Some features could be easier to find. For example, my colleague and I that were using it had trouble at first ensuring that we could join the meeting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I met with colleagues to meet to design an online sign up system for patients. It had allowed all involved ...

Easy to use and no issues
What do you like best? The best part about zoom is how easy it is for prospects to simply jump on a call. They do not need to download anything, they simply click the link and are connected to the call. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike, Zoom is easy to use and have had no issues before. Being able to access a recording after saving it to the cloud takes a bit of time, but that is not an issue on the part of Zoom. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...
