It is all right!

What do you like best? The whole service, with high level customer care, the available training videos on and offline. The private meeting room and ID, the recording option, and the scheduleing. What do you dislike? We would like to practice mantras, like singing, etc. But it have never worked out really well, like noise suppressment or something else made it impossible to do it on a high level basis. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Good Video Conferencing platform

What do you like best? The flexibility zoom provides in terms of the camera option, microphone option. Also, it has video conferencing which is smooth and not interrupted. Other things about zoom which I like are the features of setting the meeting as per different timezones and sharing the links to the meeting. Also, the set-up is pretty easy What do you dislike? The free version will let you use the service on for 45 minutes at a stretch. There isn't much that I don't like about ...

Nice way to video conference with team members

What do you like best? I really like that you are able to share your screen while conferencing. What do you dislike? I haven’t run into any major problems, so there’s nothing I really dislike about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work with a company that is comprised of remote workers. We all live in different states, so to be able to come together and communicate through Zoom really helps build the team atmosphere.

Solid product with some quirks

What do you like best? The interface is simple and easy to use. Lots of setting choices and a great gCal integration that saves time. What do you dislike? It’s gone through probably 5 updates since we started using it. Certain things are made better but other choices don’t make a lot of sense. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? COmmunicating with coworkers not in the office or with customers where I need to screenshare.

What do you like best? I liked how you can connect your computer to the video to use it for your business. It looks very professional and it feels professional when conversating with a client. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike, I did have a little complication trying to connect my computer. My only suggestion would be to practice with someone before you actually meet with a client. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
