Easy, extremely helpful
What do you like best? I like that it’s easy enough to use on a phone or iPad you just need the code for the room you want to be in. What do you dislike? Zoom is a great conferencing platform.

I wish the recording also gave me a transcript so that I don't have to type out my notes. Also, occasionally a client has trouble and had to download something.
