Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Very efficient for my work needs
What do you like best? I like how all-encompassing Zoom is. Zoom allows users to communicate effectively through several mediums. What do you dislike? I am not the biggest fan of Zoom's interface, however, that's not the purpose of using zoom so its not much of an issue. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the business issue of being able to have constant and effective communication with geographically dispersed teams.

Blows Hangouts out of the water
What do you like best? Delivers on everything hangouts promised and failed at for a reasonable cost. What do you dislike? Some people complains about having to download an app which is a little annoying but also more about them than the product. Recommendations to others considering the product Brace yourself for people to complain about having to install something and just remind them there is a call in number What business problems are you solving with the product? quick and easy to use - a less expensive webinar than WebEx for small group conference calls
What do you like best? It is really easy to set up a video or conference call when you have an account. As an entrepreneur, I have to manage my costs closely. I shopped around for webinars and found that zoom gave me all the features I needed (at this stage of my business for no charge. I have upgraded occasionally when I needed more features than was available in the free version. What do you dislike? You have to pay to upgrade to stream live on Facebook. But I get it, they are a ...

MUCH better than Skype, if you have time to explain setup.
What do you like best? We LOve the group interface of Zoom. Skype is spotty as it is with just one p2p connection But zoom handles a dozen of our staff members at once AND walks them through the process once they enter the access code for the zoom chat. It’s very concise and convenient. What do you dislike? We’ve had quite a few people that asked a lot of questions prior to using it. They were expecting to just “hit a button, like on Skype” and didn’t like the step by step of getting ...

Testing service in 6 hours
What do you like best? + not a single failure for 6 hours of work + high-quality sound, video and sharing of the screen + Event recording (even at base rate I tried the service in working with the client. Communicated and worked 6 hours with short breaks. For 6 hours a single failure with sound or video. The picture of the sharing screen is transmitted very clearly. And most importantly, no “crutches” are needed to record a meeting — there is a function even in the base rate. ...

Zoom is Great for Staying Connected When Working Remotely!
What do you like best? I love the quality of the zoom calls. The audio is always good and the video quality never fails. I've actually never had a zoom call drop or freeze up on me before. What do you dislike? I know the feature about showing the face of the person who is talking is a cool concept, but unless people are monitoring their mics, when you make a noise like cough or something it puts that person's face up which gets annoying. What business problems are you solving with the ...
