Clunky UI - could have potential
What do you like best? I've not yet had a Zoom conference crash on me, unlike Skype conferences. This may be just because I don't use Zoom as often. However, whenever I do use Zoom, client and/or external seminars, once the client is installed on my computer, it works well. What do you dislike? The UI feels very dated, like something out of the early 2000s or 90s. I also have to constantly reinstall the client every time I enter a Zoom conference/call/meeting. What business problems ...

zoom is incredible.
What do you like best? zoom rooms, it's incredible, I was able to connect all my team so I could give training through zoom. the experience was wonderful. What do you dislike? pay to have greater access, I like to have free access, with minimal expenses, and increase the ability to make videos is necessary to pay. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have teams in every state, and the zoom connected me with them daily.

Easy to Use Video Software
What do you like best? Zoom is super easy for the whole team to use and makes meeting with my coworkers simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes using the phone app is a little cumbersome. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom makes it very easy for remote reams to connect with each other.

Great Free Version of Zoom
What do you like best? Zoom is easy to download and use for free if your company won't purchase a nice screen share software for you. Very user friendly and quick responding. What do you dislike? It does require the prospect or attendee to download an add-in on their computer. EASY meeting platform
What do you like best? I love zooms simple interface. It’s very easy to mute audio or stop video, send chat messages or share your screen. Zoom makes it easy to host and attend meetings by sharing a short link/code and has a desktop app as well as phone app making meetings on the go so easy and convenient. Feature rich, but sometimes buggy (like most audio conferencing software)
What do you like best? Really feature rich tool, the call recording is simple, screen share is great and (most of all it's mobile friendly! What do you dislike? What do you like best? The quality of the video and microphone is better than any other system. What do you dislike?
