A great video conferencing solution!
What do you like best? What I like best about Zoom is how easy it is to start a video chat, all you need to do is send a link to the person you're having a meeting, click the link, and that's it! I particularly like the fact that I don't have to share any of my personal information, this is important when you're doing recruiting and you're meeting with people you'd probably won't meet again, so I don't have to keep their contacts in my contact list hanging for a long time. What do you ...

Zoom is the best!
What do you like best? Scheduling through calendars. Zoom has a direct integration for Outlook, Gmail, etc. So having a personal conference line and a direct integration with my email provider makes me never have to actually log in to Zoom to set up a meeting. Controls are super friendly and easy to understand. Doesn't matter who the host is, granting access for all users is vital. What do you dislike? More advanced features. As zoom grows, it has all the basics covered and could do ...

User friendly, budget friendly
What do you like best? It's super easy for my boss to set up conference calls and send out emails with a link to the meeting that you can just click on with your phone. We also have to do a lot of international calls as a transatlantic organization, so it's cheaper for us to use Zoom than to set up a conference call with our phone company. What do you dislike? For some reason some of our board members struggle a lot with Zoom, so maybe it's not as user friendly for older people as I ...

One of many, does a good job
What do you like best? I have used a few conference room softwares in the past, what I like best about Zoom is that it has ALL of the features. You are able to video conference, share screen, send links, chat, etc. and others that I have been exposed to in the past have some but not all of the necessary requirements for our company. What do you dislike? It would be nice to have more options for international conversations. Some times, a client needs to call in, and needs a local ...

What do you like best? It's very easy to use. We have used Zoom to conduct training between some of our staff. We also love the ability to record our conferences. It's such a great tool and I highly recommend it. What do you dislike? I dislike the ability to troubleshoot when a connection is slow or when it informs some attendees to wait while others are included. Recommendations to others considering the product I loved its ease of use, setup, and overall quality. I schedule and ...
