Are you using Zoom?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Good, great if you pay up
What do you like best? The interface is fairly straight forward and we’ve successfully used this for over 30 people at a time. Audio quality is high. What do you dislike? To get the most out of this you need to be able to pay a lot. The ability to take a webinar and broadcast to Facebook live not only requires a pro plan but then an additional fee on top of that Recommendations to others considering the product For basic meetings it’s great - advanced features are useful but ...

The best page for architecture students/studios
What do you like best? The screen sharing is perfect when you need to share architecture plans or images for interior decoration. It makes it more dynamic that only sharing and image on chat or things like that. And you can freeze the screen and do sketch in the image. Other thing is that notifications or things that don't correspond to the screen you are working doesn't appear in the conference. The images don't lose their quality, too. What do you dislike? I don't like that ...

Video and audio quality is excellent
What do you like best? I personally use Zoom about four times a day on average. We have our boardrooms set up with Zoom Rooms and we have it rolled out throughout our organization. We use it for video interviewing remote workers as well as huddles and bringing our teams together. Compared to the classic room solutions, it's far more reasonable to get into vs spending $7000 upfront on some hardware that is always glitchy. I can also just call someone via the contact list or by choosing ...

Perfect for conferences
What do you like best? Zoom is very useful for communication with our main customers and between the different departments that make up our company. I love the possibility of being able to record the conferences that are made to then be able to visualize them and share them easily. What do you dislike? For slow connections the use of this tool can be quite counterproductive since the quality of live conferences can be of very poor quality. Recommendations to others considering the ...
