Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Great Free/Low Cost Video Conferencing Solution

What do you like best? My favorite feature is the personal meeting link per user, keeps scheduling each individuals video meetings simple and also allows for easy un-schedulued video conferencing with clients in need of support. Screen sharing is smooth, annotation feature is great, remote access tool is great as well. What do you dislike? Integration with Gmail calendar is clunky and could use improvement. Recommendations to others considering the product I would absolutely say to ...

Zoom as a remote solution for getting work done

What do you like best? Zoom has allowed our team to connect where ever we are. This has allowed us a lot of flexibility in our work lives especially as our schedules don't always line up for in-person meetings. One feature that is especially useful is screen sharing. It makes a big difference in being able to directly illustrate a talking point. I also found out from a friend that Zoom has the ability to transcribe the audio from meetings as well which can be incredibly useful for ...

Can't think of any off the top of my head -- Zoom is great! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A very useful tool, with several areas to improve

What do you like best? Zoom is a useful solution for conference calls between a few people or very large groups. I like the flexibility of group size, and the option to either video call or audio call in to a meeting. What do you dislike? The process of getting someone into a meeting can be difficult, especially if they've never used Zoom before. Giving a meeting number, or having to dial in from a phone and then enter a number isn't intuitive. Additionally, the call signal is ...

Great way to interact with friends and family

What do you like best? Using zoom helps to interact with many people who are invited to the meeting. Everyone is able to interact and communicate together. Everyone can be invited with a code so they don’t miss it. Every zoom is fun and clear as if your in the same room. Wonderful experience. What do you dislike? Sometimes the live zooms can be missed when the codes haven’t been passed out or the links to the friends and you can’t go back to see them. Recommendations to others ...
