What do you like best? It is so easy to use. I use it almost daily. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike. I have used it for several years and have not had any issues. Good Product

What do you like best? It's easy to use and easy to send via email to meeting attendees. What do you dislike? I don't like that it requires my meeting invites to install the software before joining the meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out. What do you like best? I like how you can have a personal web meeting room that has a constant URL What do you dislike? Zoom is my favorite video conferencing option!

What do you like best? I enjoy how you can use just the phone or phone and video, and how it can sync up. Even when someone has never used Zoom before it can be so seamless. What do you dislike? Very easy to use and have had no problems!

What do you like best? It's super easy to use. I use it for my gcal invite and the extension helps me book meetings easily. My company uses it across 500+ people. What do you dislike? Best collaborative software for remote users

What do you like best? I love that our office can do our daily check in and collaborate in real time for a lot less than other services charge. What do you dislike? It takes a little getting used to with the controls and screen sharing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a remote office, we struggled to maintain a face to face connection. This has solved this problem and provides a meeting room where we can just jump on.

Huge improvement over Skype for Business

What do you like best? Call quality is improved with our wireless headsets. Calls don’t drop. What do you dislike? Not sure if the value of the thumbs up or thumbs down at the end.
