Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Great Product.

What do you like best? Audio and video components all work great. Much better than Skype, Facetime, or Slack chat. Honestly feels like the other party is in the room. What do you dislike? The invitation process is not the most intuitive. Once you get the hang of it, it isn't too hard. But giving people the zoom ID isn't the easiest thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have remote employees, so Zoom helps when we have meetings ...

Comprehensive video conference platform

What do you like best? Zoom is an amazing tool to have at your disposal as a nonprofit. It is user-friendly and has lots of features, even in its free account option. I love the screen sharing capability as it enables us to meet face-to-face or remotely and still be able to show others what’s on your screen. That is very helpful during presentations and conferences with larger groups of people. All in all, it’s a great tool that allows for collaboration. What do you dislike? There ...

Great for Video Conference / Remote Assistance / Screen Sharing

What do you like best? Zoom is a very versatile software. I can host meetings or webinars, record the meeting, provide my IT team with my meeting ID to get remote assistance, and provide training sessions for the staff using the built in screen sharing software. A great piece of software that should be more widely available. What do you dislike? I wish it was quicker to join meetings. Sometimes the software can take a little long to load, but once it loads, everything is great! ...

Zoom is an easy way to connect with my coworkers since we are all remote.

What do you like best? Being able to screen share and record on zoom is great. We are based all over the world so having the ability to record meetings for people who are on opposite sides of the world makes communication much easier. What do you dislike? Zoom isn't always the most intuitive platform. It tends to have a mind of it's own about audio. Even if my headphones are connected to my computer and I start a zoom it will play on the computer audio and I have to figure out what's ...
