What do you like best? Overall quality of the meeting was great. The convenience with which you can schedule a meeting is unbeatable. The audio quality crystal clear. The video quality was great too. What do you like best? Zoom does things right. The UI/UX is simple and intuitive. Call quality is always good. Sharing screens and chatting is also simple and easy. Zoom is an excellent tool

What do you like best? I like the functions that Zoom has, especially being able to access a meeting room with just a link, whenever I need to coordinate an online meeting, I coordinate with people, I send the link and we set up the meeting, very simple. Not as intuitive as other platforms

What do you like best? Ability to set appointments for zooming so it's possible to have the meeting link for a different date/time. What do you dislike? Hard to use. Took some time to figure out how to set up a meeting, how to set up different times for it, invite others, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with remote meetings. Benefits seem to be that it's familiar to people.

One of the most seamless video conferencing tools.

What do you like best? It's almost insane how well Zoom plays with other apps. My business streamlines it within our Slack channels allowing us to jump on calls immediately when we get a calendar slack note. It almost works as if it's not even there.
