Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Zoom is an easy solution for cross-collaboration between teams and customers

What do you like best? Zoom was easy to install and I have not had any issues with dropping calls or call quality. What do you dislike? Unless you have a premium account you are limited to the number of attendees you can have in a meeting and are also limited to the amount of time you can have a call for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have offshore teams that collaborate with the main US team via zoom for daily standups and ...

Amazing tool for remote meetings!

What do you like best? I really like that Zoom has all the necessary elements for meetings, such as videoconferences, VOIP transmission, and the possibility of holding meetings in a room with specialized equipment, it is a software designed only for this purpose and no detail is lost in the communication. What do you dislike? It's great software, so far I have not seen anything that bothers me and that is not useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Easy to set up and use; great for global collaboration

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to set up and use. An administrator sent me a link and I was able to easily set up my account from there. Additionally, I like that the format is self-explanatory so no one had to train me on how to use it. I am able to quickly and easily conference myself into meetings using Zoom. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom. It performs the advertised functionality well and I never have any technical issues with the ...

Fit for a few, but Great for the masses

What do you like best? So far, zoom has become the go-to tool for our webinar series. It is simple to use for small meetings, but I shines when in comes to large groups, guest speaker invites, and moderators. What do you dislike? I understand that storage space has to be limited for recorded webinars, but for paid accounts, there should be a little bit more wiggle room to store sessions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Depending on your subscribed email list, make ...

What do you like best? I've tried many of the online video conference platforms (Blue Jeans, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc and Zoom is the easiest to use by far. Simple to set up and use. Also very easy to get new users started. The sharing function is especially helpful since that is the focus of most of the meetings I have. What do you dislike? An occasional technical glitch but nothing major. Recommendations to others considering the product: Best in class - try it! What problems ...

The Standard for Sales Team Video Conferencing

What do you like best? Zoom just works. As a company, we used join.me and had numerous issues. As a prospect, I'm familiar with tools like GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, etc and nothing is more user friendly than Zoom. If you have a Sales team, I highly recommend using this for the best prospect/customer experience. As an admin I love that I can control all user settings so our sales reps can focus on their calls and not configuring the tool. What do you dislike? Nothing major here -- like ...
