My go-to tool for video conferencing

What do you like best? Zoom has been a perfect resource for my startup. It is easy to use, if you sign up for free you still have a good amount of features to use and then once you sign up, you are offered even more features that help with your business needs. What do you dislike? I don't necessarily think it is a zoom issue, but maybe having an easier way for the customer to know how to get access to the microphone. Many times we are on video calls trying to type to our customers how ...

Not trivial to move the meeting from one room to the other. Sometimes we need to change the host and it would be great if it will go to his room What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Demo calls with prospect and customer success call with customers.
