Easy system for Telehealth Counseling sessions
What do you like best? I love how east it is to start a video conference. With a few clicks I am in a conference and it is very simple to invite people to the video or give them the conference number so they can join when they are ready. What do you dislike? The only thing I do not like is that when you minimize the window preview of the video window is very small. It is nice that you can see the person still on top of other things but the window is so small it is almost not helpful ...

Zoom Zoom
What do you like best? Zoom is highly reliable. I do not recall having any significant issues with the application. In fact, I have gone from Hangouts to Zoom (where I just downloaded Zoom because I needed to try recording the session, and Zoom's video quality was far better than Hangouts. It was refreshing experience to just decide to switch and have the application perform beyond expectations. What do you dislike? I cannot think of anything I dislike about Zoom, except perhaps the ...

Great Way to Work Remotely
What do you like best? Sharing screens with team mates and also having face to face conversations with remote team members. What do you dislike? Unable to see chat or other screens within the interface when in sharing screen mode. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great tool for video conferencing. Even if you have a small team, it's often easier to get together via video chat than it is to coordinate schedules for an in person meeting. The screen sharing ...

I love Zoom!
What do you like best? It makes calls with prospects easy with screen share and call conferencing. I am able to demo my companies' software seamlessly with Zoom. I use it for an average of 25 hours per week. What do you dislike? It drastically slows down my computer. It makes opening the application a snail's crawl. When I am demoing, it makes the applications open very slowly. I have to talk through it but it does make me self-conscious. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great video conference solution for a growing company with offices in several time zones.
What do you like best? I like how I can join zoom on the fly from any device. It is very easy to add to calendar invites when using Google Calendar which makes it easy to include everybody no matter where they are located. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. It can be confusing if you join a Zoom meeting from more than one device which is a user error but it is an easy mistake to make. What problems are you solving with the product? It is a good alternative for online meetings and conferences
What do you like best? Of all the video chat solutions I've had the best experience using Zoom. The quality has been pretty solid and I like the way it isolates whoever is speaking to make the communication more clear. What do you dislike? Depending on the person's equipment, sometimes background noise can become an issue when trying to hear someone. If background audio could be cleared up regardless of the microphone used that would be awesome. Recommendations to others considering ...
