Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Account Executive

What do you like best? Being able to share my screen, see the other persons face and reactions, and much better understand their perspective and discussion points has been huge for me in being able to develop better recommendations and solutions for prospects and clients. What do you dislike? Occasionally Zoom will freeze. I've also found it a little more difficult to launch Zoom when working remotely than at the office. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Greatest conferencing tool I have used.

What do you like best? I have used Join.Me and GoToMeeting in the past but I recently switched over to Zoom and my experience has been amazing so far. It is so simple to quickly set up audio or screen shares. I like how they give you a general audio pin if you want to quickly fire up and audio only meeting. The interface is dead simple to understand and navigate. They also give you the ability to dial into meetings over phone or wifi which is tables-takes in video conferencing but great. ...

Professional video calls easy to set up

What do you like best? What I like most about Zoom is that it works really well when you add many participants to the video conference, since it uses little bandwidth, this is something that other platforms do not get, however Zoom does it in a stable way. Another feature that I find useful is that this software allows you to create both a permanent meeting ID and a separate meeting ID for each meeting, so we can keep all participants separate and private. What do you dislike? What I ...

I am a freelance social media manager

What do you like best? It works is the main benefit. Other services I've used are unreliable. You can see the person, you can share screens, are the audio functions. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to get started and figuring out how to open it. It takes a while to figure it out because if someone sends you a link to the video conference, you can't just click on it and it opens right away. It involves some figuring out. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Audio video call to connect with remote location clients and co-workers

What do you like best? I like it a lot simpler and easy to use than Skype. Love video conferencing effectively from anyplace with this-completely clear calls. Zoom is very easy to understand. It is easy to set up initially. There is no need of training to use this software. What do you dislike? There are actually no significant cons for me. The cost is reasonable and matches the esteem that is included. we need a steady web association with work with this What problems are you ...

Best VC software I have used but not perfect

What do you like best? Once it’s installed, it’s easy to start conferences and add the Zoom like to calendar invites. I find there’s not as much of a delay as when I was using Costco WebEx. What do you dislike? Can be hard for clients to figure out how to download or dial in (there’s so many numbers listed to dial in. Also, sometimes when I share my screen and change the slides on my end, the other person is still stuck on the same slide. Recommendations to others considering the ...
