What do you like best? My favorite part about the Zoom platform is the easy UI and how intuitive it is for both our end and the customer. What do you dislike? As of late, we have been having some issues with the mobile tap to dial functionality. We seem to have to inconsistently spend time playing with settings and I wish that wasn’t the case. What do you like best? I love the ability to screen share in real time with participants, and also the function wherein you can give control to a participant. What do you dislike? My only complaint with Zoom is that chats can be edited. What do you like best? Zoom takes almost no technical expertise to know how to use, can easily accomodate many people in one chat room, and has excellent connection. What do you dislike?
