Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Virtual Connection for Virtual Team

What do you like best? Zoom works great to connect our team for virtual meetings when we are spread out across the region. It also allows us to record our meetings for team members who cannot be present, even virtually. What do you dislike? Our biggest issue with Zoom is that it can be a bit pricey. As a nonprofit working on a shoestring budget, it can be difficult to manage the cost despite the benefits. Recommendations to others considering the product: While there are quite a ...

Efficient and Easy

What do you like best? I could easily navigate Zoom and it was super user-friendly and easy to use. The appeal to the general public Zoom provides is stunning and amazing and effortless which makes me enjoy using Zoom. What do you dislike? THERE ARE NO DOWNSIDES TO Zoom!!! Zoom is honestly and hands-down the best software out there, and the only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10 is because I don't always refer something to a friend or a colleague, and not because there is an issue ...

The most effective integral video-conferencing platform

What do you like best? Among the options for non-face-to-face meetings there are several options, but there is no way to zoom. There are several features that I love about this platform, but the best one without a doubt is the quality of audio and video transmission especially in group conferences with a large number of spectators, the other characteristic that I love is the fact of being able to do use of the blackboard, is an excellent and quality platform What do you dislike? in ...

Zoomba

What do you like best? Its a quality service. It feels like its a lot more effective than skype. the features are simple and easy to use - and it doesn't get complex when it doesn't need to. What do you dislike? We deliver free services to make the world a better place. We don't have, nor never will have, funding to pay for zoom. Like most software services - your corporate social responsibility donations are channeled through Tech Soup. We cannot gain higher-level access to your ...

How Zoom allows me to connect and do business over long distances.

What do you like best? I like the clarity, the quality of connection, and the ability to speak with either one person or several at once. What do you dislike? I guess the only thing is the integration of the scheduling tool with my calendar. I don't use the scheduler because I haven't figured out the integration of it with my google calendar. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom has allowed me to keep in touch with and do business ...

Wonderful for video conferencing in large group meetings

What do you like best? Super easy to use, very compatible with various webcams and able to host many participants at once. You can also dial in as needed if no webcam is available. What do you dislike? The free version has limited capabilities. the paid version hosts more conferences and participants for longer periods of time. I believe the free version you are only allotted 45 minutes of conference time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Paid version may be ...

Simpler and better than Cisco Webex (and others)

What do you like best? IT is very intuitive to use. I like that. But I specially like my customers don't have the problem of "I don't know how to connect this" when they use it for the first time. Also, the functionalities are very powerful and exactly what I need for my business. What do you dislike? Does not integrate directly with my Mac Calendar. I have to use an account on Microsoft Outlook for Mac to send invitations. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the ...
