A great solution for video conferencing in
What do you like best? Really like the way I can record the meeting and play it back at a later date. The ability also to screen share is a great feature What do you dislike? No real downsides....connection speeds and quality can be deteriorated at times but that might be more of an internal network issue than the software Recommendations to others considering the product: Review the different package levels as some features are only available with premium packages What problems ...

Good but difficult to come to terms with
What do you like best? sound and video quality are good. Participants enjoy the service and it is a great advantage for us to see members. One platform works world wide, unlike a telephone conference facility What do you dislike? For a specific educational level ONLY. Sometimes users of a lower educational level need a lot of help to use this. No facility to automatically start a meeting with invitees. Adding email addresses is cumbersome. Email notifications are not ...

Awesome Product. Easy to Use and Reliable.
What do you like best? I've used a variety of different video conferencing apps over the years and have always found Zoom to be the best and most reliable. One of my favorite parts of the product is just how easy it is to set up a meeting and send an invite. We use it multiple times a week with clients and don't plan on changing anytime soon! What do you dislike? The only issue I've ever really had with Zoom is usually caused by a faulty internet connection. Obvisouly video ...

What do you like best? The tool is straight forward and simple to use. It has clearly been built, from the ground up, as a mobile first experience. What do you dislike? Their pricing model for VOIP is a bit over priced and, although it is expanding, does not support all regions yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look at what you are planning to achieve and then review the offering by Zoom. They have an a amazing solution for doing video conference rooms. ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: Great video conferencing platform for companies that need to show their clients or whoever what they are talking about, with ...

Conference tool
What do you like best? Zoom is easy to use for connecting via a conference call or when in meetings. the sound quality is great and the ability to share screens also comes in handy What do you dislike?
