Streamlined and Simple

What do you like best? With Zoom, I love that I can record trainings for my colleagues. It’s very simple to also schedule phone and video screens through their platform. What do you dislike? If you have someone who isn’t familiar with scheduling Zoom calls, sometimes a meeting can’t start until the host is there. A host can be late and then you can’t connect to the call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using Zoom for all of our ...

Prefer It to Skype for Business Video Conferencing

What do you like best? The biggest upside of Zoom is how easy it is to use. It's ridiculously simple and intuitive to set up calls, make new contacts, share screens, record things, etc. I've had some issues in the past with getting Skype set up for video conferencing, and it just seems like so much less of a pain with Zoom. What do you dislike? Not much. Overall it's very easy. The very first time I used it I had some confusion with connecting an external pair of headphones and using ...

Excellent app

What do you like best? Zoom has the perfect quality for holding remote meetings. With easy navigation, crystal clear quality, and great customer support, I would recommend it to anyone. What do you dislike? I would maybe make a tutorial for first time users. When I first downloaded the app, I had a little bit of a lurking curve to catch up on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s nice because I can reach out to colleagues that are far ...

Simply Works

What do you like best? I like the easy screen sharing, the ability to see the face of the person I am talking to, and the chat features. It is also easy for people to call in if they aren't in front of their computer. Not hard to download and install the software for first time users. What do you dislike? Literally nothing, other than sometimes my engineers complain about using it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it. What problems are you solving with the ...

Group conferences on demand

What do you like best? Easy to launch and share a link - Then all everyone needs to do is hop on and we can share both our screens and our video feeds! What do you dislike? Need to download to run. It doesn't run natively in the browser window. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Group meetings all in 1 place and basically on demand.
