What do you like best? In terms of video-conferencing, I can't tell the difference between Zoom and any other service. Zoom does what it needs to do, but it does not look pretty and is often buggy.

What do you like best? It's easy to use and reliable. Also, I like that I can use it on mobile, because I often take calls while on the way to work. What do you dislike? The software often lags and is buggy during calls. I realize this is due to connections issues, but it's still annoying.
