Better than Skype

What do you like best? Great phone call quality and easy to use interface. What do you dislike? Was difficult to get on the first time. The host had to resubmit the call link, but it worked the second time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used Skype in the past, ran into some connection problems with overseas calling. Had no quality issues with Zoom when calling the same people over the same devices/networks.
