Excellent video conferencing
What do you like best? Zoom is very easy to connect with video conferencing even if you don't sign up on app. If you don't sign in then you can only join the video conferences but cannot be a host. After signing up you can create your own meeting link and can become a host. What do you dislike? It will be good if we can get the backup of the chats during the meeting so that we can use important information when needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend ...

What I like most about zoom is all the tools it makes available to me when making video conferences, I also like the fact that I can share files while I'm in the video conference, as well as the screen with the other members. Zoom is a really great platform. What do you dislike? Lately I have had many problems with the platform, it is not something constant but it's been weeks that the service is failing and I do not like that at all. The platform is presenting ...

Zoom, better than skype
What do you like best? It allows us to all connect together within my company and allows us to change the audio setting pretty easily What do you dislike? The reason why I know how to change the audio settings is because there can sometimes be problems with the audio. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can do face to face meetings which helps since our company has multiple locations.

Zoom is great when it works....
What do you like best? It gets the job done. You are able to host video calls and hols two way conversations via video What do you dislike? I take about 6 calls per day, on at least one of those calls, the other party has issues dialing in. They need to make the process more intuitive for a first time user Recommendations to others considering the product: It's worthwhile, but will certainly create some headaches for the user and your internal IT who will need to fix issues with it ...

Great free service tier for small businesses
What do you like best? I have all the power and functionality of a large company but for my small businesses. I never have more than 2 parties in a conference at once and I have local dial in numbers in every country around the world, world class face to face video and screen sharing. I have everything I need for free and when I grow I'll be able to upgrade for more connections without it costing much. I came from the corporate world and being able to use tools like I had access to their ...
