However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Best video conference tool for your customers' experience
What do you like best? I like Zoom better than other tools I've used because it's easy for the customer to use it. Some other tools require the customer to download something or use their phone for audio. I also like the option to share webcam, making the sales call more personal. What do you dislike? I think it could be better at guiding the user along. It's a very DIY tool, which is great, but there should be more tutorials or tips made available. Recommendations to others ...

Zoom for Conferences
What do you like best? The quality of audio and video are better than other communication software we have used. It's also great the users do not need to download the Zoom application to get on the call. All you need is a link to the call to join - very convenient for new client calls. Screen sharing is also a great feature since we constantly need to share our work between teams or want to show files that are just too big to send and download for the other teams. What do you dislike? ...

Zoom - best video conferencing tool
What do you like best? Zoom is really intuitive. I really like the aesthetic quality of the program. I don't feel like I'm lost when reading the chats while also trying to pay attention. What do you dislike? From time to time the video will freeze and audio will become broken up for a moment. I've used zoom in at least five different settings and this happens at all of them. I don't necessarily fault zoom for this. it is more of a default issue with most video chatting tools. ...

What do you like best? Affordable. Reliable. Easy. Zoom video conference calling and webinar is fitting for any sized company or organization. Meetings can be scheduled within seconds and added directly from Zoom's platform to Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, or Outlook Calendar; which allows you to set up invites and add additional attendees. What do you dislike? When joining a webinar or a call via mobile device, it's unclear how to join audio (I thought there was something wrong ...

Zoom - better than WebEx
What do you like best? Zoom has been a great tool for our workplace allowing us to effortlessly set up virtual meetings with our clients and peers. It updates frequently which keeps it running smoothly for our organization. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything that I dislike outside of the hold music when waiting for a meeting to kick off. Loops the same 10 second or so annoying sound clip which can be enough to drive you mad if the meeting organizer shows up late. ...

Zoom, Communication made easy!
What do you like best? Zoom is a very reliable video conferencing application, sound quality and video quality is outstanding. Data consumption is also at the minimal and i can private chat within the application even while on a video conference call. Screen-sharing is also an impressive feature and the fee for app usage is commensurate with its packed in functionality. What do you dislike? There is a case of high CPU usage when making a video conferencing call, i think its basically ...
