Excellent Video Platform

What do you like best? Simple to use and great video quality. If we run into video or audio quality it's always on the end user's part, not Zoom. The mobile app is excellent. I love the driving feature. Easy to use and mute while driving. The huge talk button allows me to mute and unmute without taking my eyes off the road. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Since I started using Zoom it is my primacy means of communication within my office and outside of it. What do you dislike? Great platform for video conferencing

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to launch and run meetings. It is simple to take or give control, share desktop and anything else you need. What do you dislike? The plug ins can be a bit finicky. Sometimes logging in can also be tricky. There have been times that my credentials logout and it can take a while to get back in. Usually at inopportune times. Zoom is Great

What do you like best? I love the ease of use of Zoom, and the ability to use it from any platform I need. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes for Zoom, overall it has been a great asset to my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoom allows my company to communicate with people from outside of the organization and employees who may be working at a distributed location easily and quickly with excellent call clarity.

Best app for videoconference

What do you like best? The best thing of Zoom and the reason why I love, is that allows you to share not only your desktop but also the audio of your computer, this help a lot specially if your making debuggin of calls for example. What do you dislike? Maybe the only thing that is not so great about Zoom, is that don't allow multiple share of screen at the same time, like Hangout or Cisco Webex, but I mean it's not something that prevent you to have a good meeting. The perfect solution

What do you like best? Zoom was surprisingly easy to setup and use. My favorite option is setting meetings to automatically record so I never have to remember to do this. That one setting is invaluable for my team and we can focus on listening instead of taking notes. What do you dislike? So far, Zoom has met all of my needs.
