I have found that setting up an account can also take a bit of time and I have to warn my clients of that ahead of calls to block off about five extra minutes to get an account set up. Great video conferencing tool

What do you like best? I've used a bunch of these tools over the years and zoom is by far the best. Easy to use, good video/voice quality, reliable. What do you dislike? Nothing at this time. Works exactly how it's intended to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zooms best feature is how it allows SDRs to schedule meetings for sales people without having to log into their zzom account.

Great conferencing tool with cross platform integration

What do you like best? It's very easy to set up if you're the "organizer" of the call and also incredibly easy to share it with others so they can join. The Mac and iOS apps are both solid and create a seamless experience for everyone involved in the call, regardless of the platform they're using. You can set time limits to boost productivity as well. What do you dislike? There's not much that I dislike since I used it for about 6 months and didn't really experience any sort of issues. ...
