Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Fantastic Video Solution!
What do you like best? Zoom's interface is SOOOOOOO EASY to use for all of our employees. We were a long time Cisco WebEx customer and we were disappointed that things were not getting easier for our employees but more confusing. Zoom is self explanatory. I could teach a 5 year old kid how to use the product in less than 5 minutes. We have implemented 18 Zoom Rooms in locations across the US and are able to save a considerable amount of money by not having to travel for meetings and ...

Great way to vide conference both Internally and Externally!
What do you like best? What I like best about zoom is that it's so easy for external users to join calls. Even if the user is not near a computer, there is an easy way to dial in from the phone, so nobody has to miss the call! What do you dislike? I do notice that the video conferencing slows down my internet (and screen sharing, but that's more of a bandwidth issue than a Zoom issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There is a great ...

Great Tool for day to day remote activies
What do you like best? The most helpful thing is being able to see and hear everyone clearly without the need for restarting the application. There's a lot of use of being able to see someone face to face and the personal touch is key. What do you dislike? From time to time, there are errors such as one time meeting ID's lapping over each other making grabbing recordings difficult but it's not enough to make me switch to another product. What problems are you solving with the ...

Zoom offers a great video conference experience
What do you like best? The possibility to save the recordings of the meeting in the cloud or your computer. What do you dislike? Some features (like saving the recordings of meetings in the cloud are very expensive. Recommendations to others considering the product: zoom is a great option if you need to meet every day with different clients and people around the globe. My only recomendation is that, you tell the other person that'll join the call to download zoom ahead of time as ...

Video conferencing made easy
What do you like best? I like using Zoom because our team can access the meeting from any device, whether they are at their computer or not. Simply sign in with the provided access code and boom! You're in. I also love the screen share option - super easy to use. What do you dislike? Our computers do not have audio capability. Therefore, we need to dial in via phone and sign in online for screen sharing, which means that each person technically has two log ins per meeting. What ...
