Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. the most efficient cloud video conferencing application in the market

What do you like best? One of the most outstanding features of this application of video conferencing in the cloud besides its efficiency, is the ability to be used in several devices unlike others with similar features in the market, this tool has been great for us, has given us very good results, is one of the most used in the company for the possibility of reaching more people with a very high video quality and the possibility of editing, it is easy to use online meetings are simple ...

Solid option for video/web-conferencing

What do you like best? I am able to connect with remote co-workers and customers in an easy to set up, private environment What do you dislike? A little clunky to create a meeting and then have to copy the login info - not the smoothest UX Recommendations to others considering the product: Solid, no frills option What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a company without an on-premises phone system, Zoom enables us to host client and ...

Great experience, presentation options could be easier

What do you like best? Smooth video, easy to follow buttons in-call. What do you dislike? It wasn't easy to figure out how to share only the presentation-mode of the powerpoint. The person I was on call with could see my screen including the 'next' slide instead of the full screen presentation mode. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to be able to have our sales reps in the field make video/presentation calls to clients when they ...

Relatively easy to use video conferencing software

What do you like best? That we are able to share screens and are able to see the different groups that log in, and we can see a small image of everyone at all times. What do you dislike? That the screen changes to whoever is talking. Sometimes someone will cough and the screen will change to them, which is disrupting and can be hard to follow. Also, customers have to create a login before they can join which is confusing for many of the non tech savvy people. Recommendations to ...

Really easy and slick experience

What do you like best? One of the best video conferencing out there! It's easy to use and has the most reliable connection. What do you dislike? Needs more guidance on how to use the web version. Some of our clients have strict security policies that do not allow downloads. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Stability of connection so that we can provide a better meeting experience.

Great platform!

What do you like best? I love that it is very user friendly, and I have never had any problems with connection. Video is great, and its very useful that it lets you know when someone joins the meeting. I think of zoom as an online meeting room. What do you dislike? Sometimes might be a little confusing when you try and generate a link, but overall it is pretty straightforward. Could improve on not being so confusing with the meeting ID AND zoom link to join. Recommendations to ...

Recommendations to others considering the product: The quality of the conference audio and video really stands out. You won't be disappointed. What problems are you solving ...

A very stable service

What do you like best? Personally I really like the way in which zoom works, especially for two reasons, the first is that you can record calls in a very easy way and that does not affect the quality of the call, the second reason is that when you work With RPA technologies and you want to present them remotely in a live way, ZOOM does not interfere with the technologies, it does not create layers between the RPA and the browsers or applications, it allows you to continue working in an ...

Great video and audio conferencing tool

What do you like best? What I like best about about zoom is that urgent meetings can be scheduled instantly within minutes and when the sessions ends, audio and video recordings can be uploaded for the members to access.clients can simply click on the link to instantly join a meeting if they do not have the application installed in the device they maybe currently using. What do you dislike? No much dislike with zoom since I rarely have any issues when using it except for the fact that ...
