Fairly easy to use - clunky interface
What do you like best? It's a great option to use if you're looking for low-cost conferencing with people across various mediums (video, telephone, VOIP. Everyone can dial in or join into the meeting, launching ZOOM from their computer. I feel like it uses the least bandwith as well. What do you dislike? It may be off-putting if you are on the sales end and you are trying to set up a meeting with someone else who doesn't have ZOOM. It sends them an invite with an EXE file to launch ...

Communication and Productivity
What do you like best? There are many communication tools on the market, and even though many of them have already been used, Zoom has been the one that brought more productivity and less time to learn. The interface is very simple and friendly and the configuration options very useful. We used to hold meetings between members of the product development team, where everyone underwent some training on how to use the tool in the best way possible according to our needs. The participant ...

Seems like the best option for external communications
What do you like best? It is relatively easy to use and typically sustains decent connection which is important. What do you dislike? The fact that there is no web app and you have to download this app (and also get whoever you're communicating with to do the same is annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Video chatting with those who are outside of my internal team is often necessary, and this makes that possible without too much ...
