Great for video conferencing of all types
What do you like best? I love that you can share screens to everyone on the call, see everyone on the video call and easy to change settings/mute/turn off video etc. What do you dislike? When using a cellphone you can only see 4 people at a time on the screen, but not a big issue at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are being able to see and communicate with co workers and resolve issues via video conference rather ...

Love Zoom! Works well for connecting with others
What do you like best? I love the ability to share screen easily, chat with all attendees, post questions and more! Lots of great features are available on Zoom. The best part are the integrations, so it makes adding a Zoom meeting room to a Google Calendar event very easy. What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes when I jump in a room with my camera off, their avatar shows my first and last name, instead of the photo I uploaded onto my profile. What problems are you solving with ...

ZOOM the best for my company
What do you like best? ZOOM is a means by which we can communicate with people in many ways such as voice calls, text calls, video calls and the best thing is that it gives us the option to create a group of people with whom you can easily exchange ideas without needing to send multiple messages. It is a software that has the ability to integrate, create lists and remember the dates of conferences or meetings. What do you dislike? It makes it very difficult for me to say that something ...

Fabulous solution for a mundane issue
What do you like best? I love the fact that you don't have to log in or enter a passcode to log into zoom if you're in the same room. What do you dislike? On the mobile app, if you're not on the zoom app the whole time, it disconnects from the meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great product What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Global collaboration, meetings on-the-go and video conferencing.

Fast and easy to set up a conference.
What do you like best? Zoom is the best platform in its category, provides a quality service at a fairly low cost, the best is that the quality of service is quite high, the quality of audio and video is exceptional and you can connect from several devices simultaneously. The number of members that connect to the room is not a problem, since the platform admits a large number of people with total ease and without any inconvenience. One of the best attributes of the platform is that it has ...

Zoom is a Wonderful Tool
What do you like best? It brings together coworkers from all over the state for a video conference. It allows the person speaking to pop up as the primary screen which feels like a more genuine interaction rather than your below average muffled conference call over a phone. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is lag, but that is to be expected in the world of technology. There is usually a 70 minute limit for calls. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a very ...

Easy and free
What do you like best? Flexible, and easy to use. Similar to webex but easier, simply need a join # code, type it in and enter the chat room. Can easily share screens and mute. Also easy to send invites via email. What do you dislike? I would say I dislike the add friend function. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A lot of ppl use zoom so it's easy to get join by entering the conference chat number.

Hold meetings from anywhere in the world
What do you like best? Zoom is super friendly and easy to understand. Even people with the most basic computers' knowledge can learn how to use it properly. You can hold meetings from anywhere in the world and it can be done via PC, smartphone or tablet. In professional matters, Zoom is a great option for team collaboration when a physical meeting is not possible. Something I really like about Zoom is that I can annotate on calls, so I don’t miss any idea I have. What do you dislike? ...
