Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Zoom video conferencing

What do you like best? It’s easy to access and easy to navigate. Not compared, everybody on the call seems to figure it out quickly. What do you dislike? Having to mute/i mute screens or else there is a horrible echo. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating is so simple and easy. Anyone can figure out what’s going on and follow along.

Platform with great capabilities such as conference software.

What do you like best? Zoom has been an excellent resource with great capabilities and options that allow me to organize effective meetings in a simple and easy way. It is a platform with a very intuitive and easy-to-use interface.   I really like the option of recording video conferences, this feature allows me to take note of each of the most important details that were discussed in this, I also like because it allows me to have a clear idea of what details I should correct at ...

A Reliable Tool In Our Agency Toolbelt

What do you like best? It's integration with Google Calendar has been incredibly helpful with cutting out those few keystrokes that add up to equal minutes in our busy days. The additional access by phone, and the preset numbers within the Google Event have made it easy for clients to dial in, especially if they are on the move, or haven't made it back to the office in time for a face-to-face by computer. What do you dislike? The opening few seconds of every call (and unfortunately, I ...

Excellent academic and professional tool

What do you like best? I am currently doing a marketing and trade course and zooming works great for me, since I can link with my colleagues and professors in real time from any place where I am with an internet connection. It is easy to use, with a nice design. I like that while the teacher is giving the class, we have a chat window and we can ask questions and interact with him. What do you dislike? Sometimes it does not work properly and it hangs and lastly the audio button does ...

Zoom has proved very effective and helpful.

What do you like best? I really find Zoom to be an effective tool. I really appreciate how I can integrate Zoom with Google calendar. At least personally, I found Zoom to be fairly intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? Zoom can be a little unintuitive to some. While I found the product to be quite easy to use, I have had some trouble explaining Zoom to others. For example, a family member who had to use Zoom found it difficult to navigate and probably would have preferred a ...

Best Corporate Video Conferencing

What do you like best? I think the ease of use, the quality and the convenience are all great with Zoom. Also, the mobile app is great and works in low data situations. What do you dislike? I think the support for multiple people in the same chat is a bit lacking and the UI doesn't reflect that very well. I think the web implementation also needs some work. if added with more integrations there is a strong possibility of it becoming the next discord. Recommendations to others ...

Zoom is top notch for business conferencing.

What do you like best? The ability to record easily and the automatic storage of the recorded meeting is very useful for business, especially when you're having high-level discussions and cannot be taking notes. What do you dislike? Well, the time limit on the free version is rather limiting. However, you can always just schedule another meeting for right after if you need more than 40 minutes. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're on the fence over whether to ...

Gets the job done!

What do you like best? Zoom is simple and easy to use. You can have video or audio conferences, screenshare, and chat during presentations. Having used Skype for Biz and Hangouts, Zoom is comparable. I appreciate that each conference has a unique ID so back-to-back meetings don't accidentally blend together. What do you dislike? I wish all participants were able to mute others. I believe this was a function offered on Skype. It's frustrating when not all participants are on mute and ...
