What do you like best? Simple interface. Integrates well into Outlook for scheduling needs. Good mobile app which is easy to use as well and is consistent when compared to the web or full client version. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We use Webex which can often be a pain for non users to log into. Zoom seems to be easier especially if someone wants to use their laptop for talk. What do you dislike? Not used to the interface yet, looks a little cheesy compared to Webex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Its great to conduct webinars and training very smooth and consistent. I like the fact that all the participants can be seen and every one could contribute through chat. I also likes the screen sharing option. What do you dislike? What do you like best? What do you like best? i love the fact that anyone can use this system even if they don't have an account. this makes meetings with anyone easily accessible. Excellent for scheduling, meeting, & recording

What do you like best? I love the Calendly integration, ability to easily schedule, and options for recording audio with Zoom. What do you dislike? The Calendly integration was confusing at first, but that's on Calendly's end. I've heard others complain about losing recordings, but that hasn't happened to me yet.
