What do you like best? It is the easiest to setup, configure, access and use by a wide margin. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike, but if it didn't default to showing your video that would be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It is a commonly used tool that is recognizable by prospects I reach out to. Therefore, the prospect is not skeptical to the line that they are going to be joining. What do you dislike? I dislike that when I only dial in from phone, I am not able to see what participants are in the meeting. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Its easy to set up meetings, and to join them. And I can set up recording within the settings, to ensure each and every Zoom meeting is recorded (instead of having to record the meetings each time. What do you like best? I think the most helpful part about using Zoom is its ability to have a meeting with people and show them my screen in real time. What do you dislike? I wish that meetings would disappear from your schedule after they have been completed. I have accidentally signed into old meetings because of this.
