Zoom Meetings

What do you like best? Works as expected. I previously used webex and this is on par if not better. What do you dislike? This might be due to internal settings in my enterprise, but share screen never keeps the fit to screen setting for me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of use and integration with my Google cal save me time when scheduling meetings.

What do you like best? It is so easy to create new calls. Super easy to follow the link for a video call or easy access for joining in by phone. What do you dislike? Nothing at all! Zoom has always worked so well for all of my needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Meetings with a district of 15 stores. We don’t always have time to drive to a single location so this is perfect.

Easy to use, has all the functionality we need for video meetings

What do you like best? It's easy to set up recurring meetings using permanent links. It's also really easy to integrate Zoom into calendars so that meeting links automatically sync into newly created meetings. All in all, the platform is easy to use, and being able to chat during meetings is a piece of functionality that we use quite often. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to deploy with no special requirements. No plugins and appliances required on site. Everything runs out of the cloud so it's very easy. What do you dislike? Doesn't scale well for large organizations. What do you like best? Zoom is always reliable. Audio and video always work and is easy for people who have never used to understand how to log into a meeting. 2 separate screens for meeting room and content is very nice as well.
