Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Great for School

What do you like best? Zoom is super helpful to me as a graduate student. Because I work full time and go to school full time it's really hard to attend all the meetings that we have for the organization i am a part of. Zoom allows us to meet virtually and it has also increased our attendance for our meetings. What do you dislike? Zoom was a little confusing at first, there were a lot of different things I had to click in order to log onto the video chats. What problems are you ...

Zoom Zoom

What do you like best? The upsides of Zoom are how user friendly the software is. I have used it 30 times in the past year and its always easy to get started with the click of the button. The controls are also very easy to use to pause mute and share screen. Its more user friendly than other meeting software out there. What do you dislike? The only downside is once or twice the software had to update on the computer, however if you are using the correct browser that is supported it is ...

Best Remote Work Meetings App

What do you like best? I love the “safe driving” mode. I can listen in and communicate but not be distracted by the camera. What do you dislike? Sometimes there’s a bit of a lag and you have to repeat yourself or wait for the app to catch up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to work from home but still feel like I’m in the room for meetings and conferences is the best. It makes communicating with my team so much easier.

Very smooth ride through zoom

What do you like best? Zoom is a very good program for videoconferencing frequently. What I like the most about zoom is the business and professional aspect it gives your presentations and virtual meetings. That is something that Skype or google hangouts don't achieve. It is very stable and assigns unique room numbers that people can join. So sharing the group conference is very easy with people. What do you dislike? Of course there is a paid version and a free version for it. The ...

Good video conferencing I've used so far

What do you like best? I would say it is a great choice for both video conferences and webinar presentations. For the virtual team that usually uses Skype for video calls, you'll have a clearer, safer and more versatile experience with Zoom. some of the features I like: screen sharing, screen descriptions, and control (you can comment on the shared screen or take control of the shared screen, and the "raise hands" feature that prevents participants from talking to each other. Especially ...

an excellent communication option for companies and educational centers

What do you like best? What I like most about this application is that it was created thinking about the transfer of information between large groups to long distances without losing the quality of audio or sound, it is then an ecxelente choice of communication for companies and educational centers, because it allows manage the administrator meetings with large groups, controlling the participation of each one, being able to previously raise the intention of making a contribution, and ...
