Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

create customization and control for video conferencing
What do you like best? Zoom gives you tons of options for allowing people to join meetings, and offers you a high level of control over what participants can do during meetings. As a facilitator, you can really fine-tune the level of participant engagement, create break-out rooms, monitor feedback, and more. It offers polished, professional options such as your own dedicated meeting room and link, screen sharing, and video recording. Free version is very useful, and paid tiers give you ...

Video Conferencing made simple
What do you like best? Zoom has a feature that automatically shifts the video feed to whichever caller is speaking. This is our favorite feature because it makes our calls effortless and allows everyone to have attention when it's important for them to. This can also be manually overridden so you can select a particular feed from another caller or yourself if desired. What do you dislike? We have yet to come across any particular areas that disatisfy us. They offer a free download so ...

Zoom is a great product for meetings.
What do you like best? The thing I like best is the ability to record the session, especially with screen shares. These can be used as training videos for others later on if needed. What do you dislike? Only thing I dislike is the 45 minute limit for the 'free' users. With most meetings running an hour, it's just a little bit short. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Face to face meetings where one or more person who is working from home ...

Skype who?
What do you like best? It's a really small download and its quick and simple setup will see you screen-sharing within fewer than 5 minutes. That was my first experience of Zoom. Very impressive. I had been using Skype daily in long distance relationships, but I've never been in the least impressed by any of the features on Skype. Zoom just blew me away from the beginning. The additional features like voice calls, conference calls, real-time on-screen annotations etc. Top marks. What do ...

Great Improvements over Goto Meeting
What do you like best? I like the instant messaging feature they have added. Also, users do not have to be authorized to markup which usually slows down meetings. Zoom has also OEM'd with many softphone companies which helps with the learning curve. What do you dislike? Was hard to get used to coming from Go To Meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Jump in dont be afraid. It really is the best 3rd party web meeting tool. What problems are you solving with the ...

Zoom Review
What do you like best? Zoom is a very useful videoconference API based on webrtc protocol. Its easy to access and has compatibility with any kind of devices. What do you dislike? The compatibility with H323 protocol is available only in a paid version. Recommendations to others considering the product: We want a service that can easily transform a conference room into a meeting space that allows those in it to participate in video conferences. Zoom also provides all the hardware ...

What do you dislike? I don't think I'm yet to see anything wrong with the software. Recommendations to others considering the product: Zoom is highly recommended for your team ...

Teleconferencing on the Go!
What do you like best? I love using using Zoom to host teleconferencing meetings for my various project teams. It allows me to host and record meetings to the cloud. Good Web Conferencing Software
What do you like best? It is easy to schedule meetings and then log in to host the meeting. it is helpful to be able to record the meetings either to the cloud or to your computer so you can share them or refer to them post meeting. You can create your own meeting ID if you use the same meeting room to make it easier to remember. What do you dislike? I have had issues with large size meeting when the meeting room gets full and then you have to create a work around, but that is very ...
