Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. However, verify in your demo that the specific meeting size you need (under 100 vs. 500+) aligns with your plan tier, as participant ...Read more

Easy to use
What do you like best? Zoom is very simple to use, even the first time. It allows several people to join a call making it ideal for large groups. What do you dislike? The chat section can be slightly disorganized in large groups. I think there should be more organization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have not had problems so far. I have been able to watch calls that I missed because they are recorded.

Works Good, Bit of Learning Curve
What do you like best? I like that the team is very responsive and that we have the ability to have phone, chat and web conferencing in one place. What do you dislike? There’s a bit of a learning curve and some of the team members don’t seem as able to help. Zoom Room was initially complicated to set up with our internal hardware. We don’t have an IT department though, so perhaps that factors in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our ...

Interactive and collaborative work with Zoom.
What do you like best? I enjoy most that you can share your zoom screen with colleagues to explain things, most importantly with training and crash course classes, the breakout rooms work great! What do you dislike? I dislike that zoom has a time limit at times. Additionally, there are limited features to collaboratively work. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you make the most use of it by doing collaborative work on there. What problems are you ...

Easy to Use...Once You Get In
What do you like best? It has responsive and clear video. And allows for recording the classes I teach. What do you dislike? It takes a little bit of time to learn the ins and outs of setting it up, especially on the app. Not quite “plug and play.” Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to set it up ahead of time. The app isn’t as easy to set up as the website account was. Still an overall good program. Very clear with minimal interruptions. What problems ...

Good program but not a lot of integration with other programs
What do you like best? For me, Zoom is a very simple video conference platform. I really like how straightforward it is and dependable. If you are seeking a very to-the-point software program, then this is a sure way to go. What do you dislike? Zoom does not have a lot of integration with outside programs, mainly Outlook. It would be helpful to have it interface so that meetings can show on the calendar automatically that are created by Zoom instead of having to install the plugin. ...

I've used better and I've used worse
What do you like best? The zoom software works on multiple platforms which is great. It also lets you easily dial into a meeting with a phone link. What do you dislike? Sometimes a little clunky to use. VOIP video conferencing especially on mobile has a long way to go to be reliable. Recommendations to others considering the product: You should also check out WebEx, Google Hangouts, Slack and even group Facetime. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
