What do you like best? Easy of use and call quality. It's a really reliable VOIP app. What do you dislike? The 30min limit in the free version :))) Recommendations to others considering the product: Keep it installed in case your traditional VOIP is misbehaving :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Unplanned meeting are set up in seconds and new participants can be added via an easy to create/share link.

Extremely Satisfied with the tool and its features
What do you like best? Connectivity is seamless and no loss of communication. Video conferencing feature is good, and virtual background is a nice addition (though needs a bit more work in rendering) Screen sharing feature is nice. What do you like best? We can easily connect video calls using zoom.it is easy to use. This is best for video conferencing tools. What do you dislike? This is best tools for conferencing. Great experience
What do you like best? There are multiple ways you can call in to the meeting What do you dislike? The way you Can’t share documents is challenging What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working from home is easier with zoom but if someone is on their phone there is background noise so working on all employees working on their laptops for using zoom. The benefits are not everyone has to be physically available.
