Zoom is so easy, anyone can do it - and they should!

What do you like best? Zoom has an easy interface, all the features are straightforward and the app is usable across platforms from computer, iPad and phone. My boss and I can share an account and keep each other in the loop by setting meetings and sharing the calendar invites with each other and other individuals across our campus as well as other institutions for meetings, seminars and other events where we need to patch in presenters and guests that cannot attend in person. We do have several online chatting/conf tools, however, If I can choose I always use Zoom.

What do you like best? My colleagues and I use several different tools to organize meetings. If I am the one who is organizing I definitely will choose Zoom, bcz of it’s stability, easy-to-use and record function. What do you dislike? Zoom is a great way to communicate through your organization.

What do you like best? I think the most helpful about Zoom is the screen share option. The fact you can share and control your desktop screen is very helpful in understanding what the other user is communicating. I also love the polling! The ability to poll questions across the org is very helpful when retrieving stats. What do you dislike? I dislike some of the branding email portion of Zoom. Great Service and Easy to Use. Great way to reclaim some of your time.

What do you like best? The ease of both ad-hoc and scheduled meetings makes this an easy choice. I'm a fan of my time and being able to do this from home saves me a lot of travel time. And with recordings, I get a record of what was said and agreed to that you don't typically get in belly-to-belly meetings. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the possibility to create a room, and share the link with several people, and decide whether this meeting will be by video or audio. What do you like best? The tool is really easy to use with simple instructions for setting up and starting the call. What do you dislike?
