Versatile and user friendly (incl mobile)

What do you like best? Lots of functionality incl calling other users so it helps save costs too and it works extremely well on the mobile too, both as user and as chairperson. Participants can share content themselves which is great, mobile version is well designed and being able to call co-workers is a great cost saver on international trips. What do you like best? Zoom allows me to feel as if I'm meeting people in person! What do you dislike? As with any technology, there are times when things don't work. But Zoom works 99.9% of the time! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
