Zoom has not worked for me here in the UK

Very Good Service

What do you like best? Easy to use and accessible for new users. It also is great for meetings and webinars. What do you dislike? The auto-recorded notes in the messages and subtitle section aren't always that correct. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting everyone on a meeting was has hard in the pass but not this is very beneficial to just send a link or connect to a calendar for easy access.
