Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Zoom's core strength is screen sharing and participant management at scale—the platform handles 300+ participants without degradation, and screen sharing works across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android without additional software. Zoom pros and cons

  • High-quality audio and video for virtual meetings, especially with large groups.

  • Excellent customer service with patient and supportive representatives.

  • Easy screen sharing and whiteboard features for enhanced collaboration.

  • User-friendly interface and experience for both organizers and participants.

  • Limited marketplace selection for additional apps and connectors, restricting advanced functionality customization.

  • Newcomers might find the richness of features and customizations overwhelming without adequate support.

Zoom is fabulous.

I have used Zoom for years, nearly every day, for hours each day because it's where I run my business. I love it and am very grateful for it. It outperforms all other platforms.

Zoom Video Communication - Very bad service

I am now feeling sorry why I haven't read the reviews of zoom on Trust pilot before because I share the pain of other users. I have been complaining for the bad service. I have logged the complaint number of times but there is no response except some automatic responses and after few days tickets automatically close with a comment that Zoom tried to contact us. Our business is suffering due to the bad quality of the conference call. This company is nowhere near the Go to meeting or WebEx .

Useless Windows based software

Useless Windows based software. Doesn't support Linux, what's the use of it? I was looking for an alternative to Skype which was great until it was bought by Microsoft. Resorted to Hangouts from Google.

Great corporate communication tool

What do you like best? Ease of use with basic tools such as share screen and chat. What do you dislike? Just as with any video communication tool, there are times that the video or audio quality are poor. However in my opinion, Zoom is the best when compared with competitors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Face-to-face communication over long distances. This improves communication across many different levels.
