Brings teams together. Real-time collaboration experience. Quality and effectiveness of communications.

I have used Zoom many times for business meeting and It always make it easier to work. What I like of it is the ease and quickness of joining, and the ease of screen sharing. Zoom is progressive and light years ahead of other products that currently exist. Thank you Zoom.

I love the ease of use!

I love the ease of use!! Setup an account and start a meeting. It quickly downloads the app and you are ready to have a meeting with anyone anywhere. The free features are unbeatable. We have Teams which works well also for internal communication but for external communication it is absolutely easy and awesome.

Piece of crap

Piece of crap. I switched to my phone and used the same password for my account I just used on my computer. It wouldnt accept it over and over again until it locked me out of my account for 30 minutes and I missed a meeting. Worthless when you need and unnecessary when you dont need it.

Pathetic Customer Service

customer service is absolutely pathetic. i upgraded to PRO and am still basic (over a month now). They don't talk to basic users; the phone call just ends advising to use the support tickets. They don't answer support tickets... pay the extra and get skype/teams

Quick to sign me up...but support was…

Quick to sign me up...but support was the worst I've seen from any company. I signed up for an 866 number which did not work. I tried to get support to correct the problem (called, texted, emailed) and got no response...how do you run a business without a phone..Quick to sign you up and take the money....THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS. It is obvious they are more worried about capitalizing on the situation that taking care of existing customers.
