High Expectations being met!

They say that their mission is to make their customers happy but their customer service and their sales executives are horrible. You should hire better people, not people that only care about their own time and money.

Never been a big fan of video…

Never been a big fan of video conferencing and have shied away from it for years. But now with little alternative I have tried a few and absolutely love zoom. Annoying about the basic package not working properly due to 'high demand' but for just over a tenner a month with no contract the lowest cost option works brilliantly for work and social.

Great video chat

Great video chat! They must be under a lot of strain these days because of the coronavirus. I've seen some of the bad reviews that they have and feel that it is unjustified. For what they are undergoing - I applaud them. Also, great job in making the service free for students.

Use Zoom if you must but not Webinar

I joined Zoom as I heard it was a great way to run online classes.It is fine if you don't charge for the class, but if you wish to charge then the fun really starts.After paying your £11.99 for Zoom you then have to pay another £32 for Webinar - with the hidden taxes this comes in at £52.79.Well that would be okay if the system made it any easier, but they couldn't make it more complicated.I spend less time teaching than I do explaining how clients can join and pay for the class, which uses ...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR!!! AND IT'S EARLY IN THE GAME!!!!

So far, so bad. CANNOT get phone help!! My company has purchased FOUR LICENSES. The sales person with whom I spoke, albeit nice, was super surface and pushed me off to the questions answered online and the chat. I am NOT happy. I need help and cannot get it … and it isn't because of the freaking coronavirus! I can't get past the phone answering recording. NOT GOOD! Will definitely encourage my company to switch platforms!

Service is great, customer service HORRIBLE!

Service is great when it works, but customer service is a total joke. I understand we are in a national crisis and I am fine waiting, but their awful chat system loses connection and restarts you in the line, so I get up to 81 in the queue and drop back to 546!!! Horrible, tech company should be a little more cognizant of their tech.
