Poor.

Poor.I created an account to trial as my organisation was considering rolling it out, however when trying to set up the first meeting, the function to create a phone number so that those not accessing it online could still dial in (which we have many), didn't work. Waited an age to get through to someone on Chat and then the guy in Support was beyond useless and did nothing except ask me to raise a ticket with someone else. Stick with the Free Service

After paying for an upgrade to "premium" service, I have been unable to access the account OR contact Zoom. I have called NINE times in the past two weeks. Each time I get an "overflow operator" who promises to forward my message and says someone will get back to me. No one ever does. Now, I am just trying to cancel this terrible service and get my money back. If you must use Zoom, stick with the free account. You'll get the same terrible service, but at least you'll be getting it for free. ...

I had unfortunately a very bad experience with Zoom, I bought for one month the Zoom pro but my account said that I still had Zoom basic and so I could not have a meeting for more that 40 min, even though I contacted the customer service and I have been promised to get help, that was not the case they simply ignored me and I have got nothing for what I payed for. to me Zoom is a scam company and I wanted to share my bad experience with to to warn you from this bad company

I really want it to be good and I think it could be. But their integrations team haven't got back to my company in weeks and it's kind of worrying considering we're not just a once off account and potentially have hundred of customers for them...I can only imagine what support for the normal user is...

Dear oh dear

Dear oh dear. Not easy to use at all. Long winded to get meetings organised. Read about security issues too. Have uninstalled the app now. Not user friendly.

Never had any problems until they make…you use passwords.

Never had any problems until they make you now use a password to log into a meeting. The passwords do not work Then you are dealing with people who do not use the computer that much and now you throw passwords into the sign in. Could not get everyone logged into meeting. Makes them look inadequate and me look like I am incompetent.

Great Platform

This platform is the only thing keeping my family sane during lockdown. There is a free account, however they are not gauging prices for the premium account. The company is always improving. I use it for work and for personal use. Very Pleased.
