5 weeks and no support from Zoom
5 weeks and no support from ZoomBeen trying to reach Zoom for support. No replies at all. I guess Zoom's support model is just like Facebook's. Takes money, no support. Looking elsewhere now.

Just don't bother.
This app is actual s#*t. If you're in school, they force you to use an app worse than SKYPE (which is horrible) and if you're just some other person, use discord instead. You may not be a gaming person, but I assure you, Discord is 10000x better than the dog s^@t that is Zoom.Most of the time the audio doesn't even work.The interface is garbage.

EVERYONE LISTEN!
Zoom has been sharing all of our information with Facebook and not telling us. They also for months could turn on people's cameras whenever they wanted to. AND FINALLY, it can steal any information from any open windows it wants to. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS APP!!!!!

Great app for meetings. Lots of options and useful tools. Never have failed even with the overload of use in COVID-19 time. Perfect.

I have a paid account that got messed…
I have a paid account that got messed up somehow. I called and apparently my plan does not include phone support, send dozens of emails, live chats, that take forever to respond. They are then closed as solve without anyone ever connecting with you.They send you a whole bunch of do it yourself diagnostics that never address my issue. looking for another option with better customer support. I would never recommend zoom, only because the suport is so lousy. I think you'd get better support in ...

Works well most of the time, although there tends to be a few problems with audio sometimes. Still much better than Skype

how can you make an app this day and age when you have to change 10 different settings on your phone for it to work properly. And they have a nerve to even try to charge premium for their services. If you cant make app with one click button like Amazon does, dont f...g bother make it

Terrible customer service
The platform itself is functional - which is why I won't say "0 stars" in the review. That said, their customer service is nonexistent. Don't bother giving your information to the overflow operators. I am still waiting for a callback on my first message from 3/27. I needed to use it so I bought a monthly plan while waiting to hear from a sales rep to pick the right plan for an annual subscription. Finally dealt with the chat and figured out what I needed.
